Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The MagentoFast platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your store content remains your property.
MagentoFast is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
